About the drug : Vestibular system of inner ear is responsible for body’s sense of balance.

Ear membrane contains a fluid “Endolymph”, Due to swelling in the endolymphatic sac fluid bursts from its normal channel & flows into outer area (Hydrops) causing damage to the vestibular pathway .

B-Hist’s antihistaminic action lowers the pressure within the inner ear & provides local vasodilation & reverses the underlying problem of “Hydrops”
